The window frames and doors are flaking paint!!! Remote location requires driving for essentials!!! A microwave would be a fantastic addition!!! The shared bathroom is quite cramped!!!

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, it met the demands, I truly enjoyed its PLEASANT location near Kailua where there are many restaurants, beaches and bars and both Kailua-Kona and the airport and the Mountain Thunder Coffee Plantation. The staff was nice and provided great services.

I stayed in the King Room with Mountain View for a night and it was super comfy! The room was really clean, and I loved looking out at the stars from the window. The minimalistic vibe made it cozy. The snacks and coffee were a nice touch. Just wish the shared bathroom was a bit roomier.

Staying here was lit! The view from the common area was fine, and we even enjoyed some snacks in the picnic area outside. The owners were super friendly, sharing cool plant facts. Just wish the shared bathroom had a bit more space, but the charm of the place totally made up for it!

The rooms have a beautiful view. The hotel is in a perfect setting close to the airport, harbor, Costco, and many fine restaurants. The rooms are good-sized and perfectly comfortable. The staff is friendly and amicable.

It is a beautiful property located in the Kalaoa district near Kailua, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, beaches, bars, and the airport. the room is impressively quiet with awesome sunset views. the bedrooms are comfortable and the location is marvelous, set in a stunning and peaceful neighborhood.

The king room with mountain view was super comfy and clean, and watching the stars from our window was a highlight. The location was perfect for accessing nearby restaurants and snorkelling spots!
